Pittsburgh Employment Attorney Charles A. Lamberton has again been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer

The Pittsburgh employment lawyers at the Lamberton Law Firm are pleased to announce that Charles A. Lamberton has again been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer.  Selection is based on an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice.  Being selected to Super Lawyers is limited to the top 5% of employment attorneys in each state.

As one of the few employment lawyers to garner the distinction of Super Lawyers, Charles A. Lamberton has earned the respect of peers as one of the top-rated employment lawyers in Pennsylvania.  Lamberton will appear on the 2023 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list, soon to be published.  This selection marks the sixth time that Lamberton has been selected as a Super Lawyer for excellence in employment law.

Selection begins with nomination by peers in the legal profession.  That is followed by independent research into the attorney’s experience, case results and other professional achievements.  A Blue Ribbon Panel then evaluates each nominee in their area of practice.  Following that, the top 5% are designated as Super Lawyers.  Being selected as a Super Lawyer means that an attorney has attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

It’s an honor to be selected,” Lamberton said.  “Employment law, particularly when you represent employees like I do, is about making a positive difference in people’s lives.  People come to us at difficult times, usually after they have lost a job.  They are understandably worried and anxious.  We work very hard to help them and to recover compensation if their employer has broken the law.  It is gratifying to know that a prestigious organization has looked at what we do and our results and named us one of the top 5% of all employment lawyers in Pennsylvania.
