Cimplifi Adds Viewer to CI Transfer, Simplifying Production QC and Data Intake

Case Teams Can Now QC Productions and Inspect Incoming Data Inside CI Transfer — No Downloads, No Local Copies

NEW YORK – November 4, 2026— Cimplifi, a leader in AI orchestration for eDiscovery and contract analytics, announced the release of Viewer, a new capability within CI Transfer that lets users open and review files directly in the browser without downloading them. With Viewer, case teams can quality-check outgoing productions and inspect incoming third-party data where it already sits, including in Relativity aiR Staging Area, before it is sent out or loaded into a workspace, helping reduce risk, eliminate unnecessary data copies, and speed review workflows.

Viewer supports PDF, TIFF and other image files, extracted text, ZIP and DAT load files, allowing users to inspect productions directly in the browser. Until now, validating a production typically required downloading it locally first. For productions that can span millions of files and terabytes of data, that creates additional storage, security, and data management burdens. Viewer eliminates that extra step.

Viewer supports critical validation checks before data moves, all without downloading:

• Production QC. Confirm redactions were applied in images and extracted text, branding is correct on TIFF images, and Bates stamps appear where expected.
• Load file validation. Viewer renders gigabyte size files in highlighted or tabular views so users can validate field mappings and inspect large load files efficiently.
• Third-party data intake. Before ingesting a received production into Relativity, users can see exactly what they are about to load and catch problems early.
• Compressed file preview. Users can preview zip file contents and route data to the appropriate workflow before processing or loading.

These checks help prevent costly mistakes, including inadvertent production of privileged information, incorrect data loading, and workflow delays caused by problematic incoming data.
