LIGL Extends Leadership Positions, Adds Alex and TracyAnn

Austin, TX – June 14, 2022 – LIGL, a global provider of digital evidence lifecycle orchestration software, announces two new strategic hires, adding Alex Chatzistamatis as the company’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President, Solutions, and enlisting TracyAnn Eggen as the new Vice President, Product Transformation and Customer Success.

Alex has spent nearly two decades as a trusted advisor to organizations around the world, helping them solve complex data challenges. Previously, Alex spent nine years with Nuix where he focused on the convergence of product, technology, and the customer to provide enterprise solutions for eDiscovery, governance, digital forensics, incident response, and insider threats.

His prior experience includes the Philadelphia Police Department and Philadelphia Insurance Companies where he worked on strategic technology initiatives. Alex is also a subject matter expert on enterprise archiving, governance, and eDiscovery, and embraces cloud technology to tackle growing data volumes and disparate data types.

Alex will lead the evolution and operations of the LIGL platform, serving as a core member of the executive leadership team and reporting directly to LIGL’s CEO, Anil Kona. “Alex is an elite performer,” said Anil. “He’s a perfect fit for our leadership team, which aims to continuously innovate, go the extra mile for our customers, and focuses on creating value for our customers and their stakeholders.

As a member of LIGL’s leadership team, he’ll have an opportunity to apply his expertise to even greater effect. We see this as a win-win for LIGL, for Alex, and for our customers.” “LIGL is leading the way — not just in the practical application of eDiscovery to achieve real-world results,” said Alex, “but also in the innovative approaches it has brought in the ways of technology, employing serverless architecture, and other game-changing strategies that ultimately produce extensive value for LIGL’s customers. I’m thrilled to be joining an organization with a strong leadership team spanning over 90 years of industry experience”.

LIGL is pleased to announce TracyAnn Eggen as its new Vice President of Product Transformation and Customer Success. TracyAnn has more than 30 years of legal experience working with law firms and in legal operations. She is the current president for the San Francisco Chapter of ACEDS and as a recognized industry expert. TA dedicates her time by serving on several EDRM working groups, recently with EDRM’s Processing Guidelines.

Previously, she led Enterprise Defensible Information Governance Team for Legal Discovery and Investigations at CommonSpirit. A technically savvy leader, with a data-driven approach, she has championed the management of day-to-day operations for several organizations, establishing effective and efficient workflows. She has a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face with making strategic changes that leverage technology and maturing internal processes.

TracyAnn will steward product transformation and ensure client satisfaction for the organization. As a member of LIGL’s executive leadership team, reporting directly to LIGL’s CEO, Anil Kona, her knowledge as a client of LIGL will serve to add value to our expanding software. “LIGL envisions and delivers how to effectively leverage automation to get it done. The first application does not complicate processes or workflows or any hidden costs. In one fluid application, with a powerful, user-friendly eDiscovery platform, this is an exciting time for legal operations and innovation”, said TracyAnn.

“We are so happy to welcome TracyAnn Eggen to the LIGL team to lead our Customer Success team! TA joins us from CommonSpirit where she managed a full spectrum of enterprise-wide eDiscovery, collaborated with internal partners for Cyber and Information Security and all things litigation tech, investigation, and process. She was on the customer side for many years and fully knows what we need to do so our customers are happy and successful. Happy customers, happy LIGL! We look forward to working with her to take the LIGL customer experience to the next level!”, Anil Kona, CEO.
