HR Open Standards Awarded 1st Place “Recruiting Specification” 21st Annual Best Practices from The Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council (PESC)
HR Open Standards is excited to receive the 1st Place Award in PESC’s 21st Annual Best Practices Competition for our Recruiting Specification. PESC President & CEO Michael D. Lead by Andrew Cunsolo, VP Product Management at Jobvite/Talemetry, the Recruiting workgroup is responsible for developing and maintaining a variety of standards that fall within the recruiting domain. The Recruiting Specification allows the exchange of job and candidate related data between various actors and systems for the purpose of recruiting. “Candidate” defines a set of information about an applicant or prospective employee or resource. Like a resume or CV, a Candidate document contains details about a person’s education and professional experience, as well as contact information.
