Miami Beach is well-positioned for long-term growth as a global gateway city, with continued demand coming from both foreign and domestic buyers. Five Park will have 280 residential units. They will be a mix of for-sale condos and rental apartments, but the developers haven’t revealed the exact mix. Units will range from two to four bedrooms. We have the details.
Five Park was designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard. Amenities will include two pools, a restaurant, a lounge, a spa, two fitness centers, a sky club, and private dining rooms.
The tower is slated to be completed by 2023. Moss Construction is the general contractor.
